Panthers Goal Closer to Franchise's First Championship

NEW YORK, June 2, 2024 – The Florida Panthers are one step closer to their first Stanley Cup championship after defeating the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on Thursday night.

The Panthers won 4-2 at home, taking a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. Sergei Bobrovsky made 30 saves for the Panthers, while Carter Verhaeghe scored two goals in the win.

The Panthers are now one victory away from winning the franchise's first Stanley Cup. Game 4 of the series will be played in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday night.
